Dealer’s Room for ICON 36 now accepting applications
Whether we call them vendors, “huxters”, or exhibitors, or dealers, the aim of this room is the same – bringing fans access to great science fiction and fantasy-related merchandise in one convenient location.
Tables for 2011 will be $30 apiece.
Badges, which are required and not included in the table price, are available at the adult pre-registration rate of $45 until the pre-registration deadline (October 7, 2011). If you believe you may qualify for a professional rate, please consult our Comp Policy.
Want to sign up? Here’s how:
1) Please email dealersdept@iowa-icon.com to request your tables and receive the application form.
2) Once the number of tables has been confirmed by our staff, please complete and sign the Application and Contract form, and send it with payment (check or money order) to:

Advertising
Whether or not you can make it to this year’s convention, you can promote your business at ICON by advertising in our program book, which is placed into the hands of all our 450-500 attendees. Please contact publicationsdept@iowa-icon.com, and/or mention your interest when sending your dealer inquiry letter. We will also consider ad swaps with other conventions.
